A: Material: Made of double-layer steel plates, with an inner layer of air layer and insulation layer. The insulation layer is selected as A1-level fire-resistant material, with a high temperature resistance of 1000℃, a thermal conductivity of 1000℃W/0.086 at 1000℃, a normal temperature strength of 2MPa, featuring low thermal conductivity, good insulation, low density, and high hardness.
B: Sealing rubber strips: Use self-adhesive smoke-proof sealing strips with good sealing performance, strong rebound ability, and not prone to deformation, resistant to aging, flame retardant VW-1, can withstand 600℃. The self-adhesive expansion strips along the door frame, the expansion strips are completely unaffected by water and moisture, and will quickly expand when exposed to fire, without carbonization or cracking, with strong tensile strength, and an expansion coefficient of 15-20 times.
C: Cabinet door: Has highly secure sealing performance, with a sealing gap of less than 2mm, the door panel fits the cabinet body more closely, effectively blocking the entry of fire into the body.
D: Ventilation holes: Two 2-inch ventilation holes with flame suppressors are located at the bottom and top of both sides, safely reducing the risk of harmful gas accumulation in the cabinet, and effectively blocking the fire from entering the cabinet in case of external fire.
E: Warning signs: With reflective 3M material, the visibility distance at night reaches 20 meters, equipped with warning signs in six languages.
F: PP tray: The PP tray in the safe cabinet is made by molding process, with a thickness of more than 5mm, having great toughness and durability; the material is selected as high-strength PP, with excellent corrosion resistance.
